Competition Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Vantage SSA (Pty) Ltd employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Requirements: Participants must submit high-res, original photos that meets the requirements specified in the competition announcement. Entries must be submitted via the competition landing page specified in the announcement and be received by the deadline specified in the competition announcement.
Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of the copyright to their photos. By entering the competition, participants grant Vantage SSA (Pty) Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the photos for promotional purposes.
Judging: Entries will be audited & finalists selected by a panel of Vantage SSA (Pty) Ltd judges. Judging criteria may include creativity, originality, and adherence to the competition theme. The decision of the auditing panel is final. Winners will be selected via a poll on Facebook.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact details they supply on their entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
Prizes: Competition prizes will be as specified in the competition announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
General Conditions: Vantage SSA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs and the decisions of the judges. Vantage SSA (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or other malfunctions that may occur.
