Fertilization

The UNI – Control S is mainly used as a fully automatic control device in PUMP and vacuum tankers with trailed hose distribution.

The application rate is measured by means of a magnetic-inductive flow meter. The distance travelled is measured without wheel slip using a radar device or a sensor on the slurry tanker wheel. On pump tankers the application rate is controlled by a motor-driven bypass valve. Cross-section control is used on vacuum tankers. UNI – Control S provides accurate slurry metering, with slip-free forward speed measurement ensuring that metering remains accurate even under difficult conditions. Accurately applied slurry replaces artificial fertilisers and protects the environment.
